The wedding dresses and gowns price shown on the website is retail price,not include the delivery cost,and not include veil, gloves, shawl or other accessories that in pictures.Buy more,get our free gifts!
For wholesale price,please contact us via email or fax or telphone,normal if the quantity is more than 5 pieces,then we can sale the wedding dresses as wholesale price.
2.Can i buy in my own size?
Yes,all our wedding dresses can be made in custom size,both for standard size and plus size.
3.How to order?
First selece the styles that you like,then we will tell you the total price which include the air delivery cost,then send us the payment,and tell us your really size,then we can start to make the wedding dresses for you!You also can change the color on our website and we can make your color for you!
4.Can i ask you to make according to my own design?
Yes,it is welcome.You should give us both the front and back sides wedding dresses pictures.
5.What is the payment?
It can be by bank transfer,Western Union,Moneygram.Please make sure to tell us the refer No or MSTN.
6.What is the delivery time after payment?
Normal it takes 7 days to make the wedding dresses,and 7 days to post it by Fedex,DHL,UPS etc.If choose the cheaper fast expresses service,the delivery time will be even longer.
7.Delivery:No Shipment to P.O. Box and APO box.
8.Return Policy:
Please careful check your size before ordering!You can easy find "Measuring Instructions"on each page on our website!If you find the dresses not fit you after receiving it,you can return to us and we will change the size for you,but buyer should pay for both the delivery cost from it to us and the cost from us to the buyer.
9.Not satisfied with the wedding dresses
(1)We do not accept returns for any custom Cut gowns.(2)If you are not satisfied with the quality or you do not like the dresses in 14 days after order,we can return the money to you,but will cut $75 re-stocking fee and shipping/handling/insurance charges are not refundable.(3)Bidder/buyer should pay the return shipping fee. (4) Items must be in original shipped condition, unworn, unaltered, and have all original packaging. (5)Refund only after the return package is received.
10.How to cancel order?
Order can be canceled within 24 hours,but should be cut 25%.Thanks for understanding!
